Q.Can I attend online if I am not able to attend in person?
Due to ongoing pandemic, all our conferences are hybrid events – available both in-person and through virtual platform. If not able to attend in person, you can join via our virtual platform.
Q.How Do I Pay For My Registration?
You can pay online using your Credit Card / Debit Card/ PayPal in the Register Now Page for each conference.
You can pay by BACS or Bank Transfer through Invoice. Please email email@example.com for Invoices.
Q.How Do I Sponsor / Enroll As An Exhibitor At This Event?
Please Contact the Graviton International Team on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your needs and about various packages available to highlight your Company Brand above the surface level.
Q.How Can I Book Accommodation At Discounted Tariff?
We have agreements for Special rates with the Conference Hotel to benefit our delegates.
If you require accommodation for any of the conferences, you will find helpful links on the Accommodation / Venue pages of the websites or on the confirmation page / email of your online booking.

Q.Being An International Or Non-EU Delegate, Can I Have VISA Letter To Apply For My VISA To Attend The Conference ?
A VISA Letter will be issued on request for Registered Delegates only (Full Registration fees Paid). Please Contact the Graviton International Team on firstname.lastname@example.org at the earliest.
Q.Why Haven’t I Received Any Confirmation Emails / Invoices For My Registration?

Q.How Do I Update Or Amend My Registration?

Q.What Do I Do If I Have Registered But Can No Longer Attend?
You can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company free of charge, up to 10days prior to the conference, by calling the Graviton International Team on +44 (0) 20 33718514 or email us at email@example.com
In situations where you can’t find any substituteplease email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before 10 days prior to the event, we will issue a credit voucher for the amount paid which can be redeemed within a year in one of our International Conference Series.
Q.What Are All The Other Things Covered By My Conference Fee ?
Conference fee includes access to all the presentations, entry into the exhibition and Networking Reception. Also includes delegate bag, lunch and refreshments provided for 2 days of conference.
Q.Is There WiFi At The Venue?
Yes all our conference venues have WiFi access.
